Framtiden’s Talent Program at Hitachi offers you as a recent graduate a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in the energy industry while receiving support and coaching at the start of your career. You will participate in monthly training days designed to provide you with both technical competence development and personal growth.

About the talent program
We are currently seeking new talents for several of Framtiden’s Talent Programs at Hitachi. The Talent Program Mechanical plant design is already ongoing, but we are now accepting applications for the following programs:
- Protect and Control
- Components
- Engineering Plant Electrical Design
- Commissioning
As a member of this talent program, we offer:
- Professional and personal growth: During the program, you’ll receive mentoring and coaching alongside other talents to support your personal and professional development. For a year, your day to day work will be combined with education and mentorship to help you grow and strengthen your skills in your new role.
- Begin to work: From the start of the program, you’ll begin working and applying your skills in practice, gaining valuable experience that helps you grow and advance your career.
- A network of professionals and friends: You’ll connect with fellow new employees through team building activities and gain insights into the company from experienced colleagues. This will expand both your professional expertise and social network.
